Easy Keto Lunches
It seems that finding easy keto recipes for beginners for lunch is the biggest challenge. Many people will stick to eggs, keto-friendly smoothies, or bullet coffee for breakfast, but what to take to work definitely complicates things.

You won't be surprised by this, but eggs are a popular keto breakfast for a reason. Not only can you make them fried, scrambled, or hard-boiled, they're so versatile and you can easily whip up casseroles, breakfast sandwiches, egg cups, quiche, and more.
But an easy keto breakfast doesn't stop with just eggs, of course, you'll be thrilled to learn there are many other egg-free recipes out there to help you get a variety for breakfast.

Bullet Coffee

Keto bullet coffee is one of the most popular keto breakfasts out there and it's my husband's personal favorite. When you want to do intermittent fasting and want to skip keto food for breakfast, this surprisingly delicious keto coffee drink is very tasty AND filling!
The added fats will keep you full all morning long, seriously! And at first adding butter and coconut to coffee sounded odd, but it's honestly super good! If I wasn't so obsessed with drinking a keto smoothie every morning, this would be my go-to breakfast.
Keto Bullet Coffee:
- 12 oz hot coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Add the coconut oil and butter to your coffee, you can either stir until melted or add it to a blender cup.
