There doesn't seem to be one "set" way to follow keto and some might not want to buy keto wraps that contain whole wheat or potentially unprocessed ingredients, whereas as others love the thought of eating regular keto friendly tortilla wraps as long as they conform with their health plan.
When my husband was first starting a keto diet, it hadn't even crossed my mind keto friendly and low carb wraps would even be available at the grocery store. Boy was I wrong!
While you definitely can make your own keto wraps at home or use other ingredients than low carb tortillas for sandwiches or for tacos, sometimes eating a wrap that resembles your favorite old standbys is what you're looking for instead.
Some of the low carb and keto wraps on the market DO include whole wheat flower in them--they just increase the fiber so much the net carbs end up being incredibly low. We're talking 15 grams of fiber here! I'm personally not eating wraps with whole wheat in them since I'm gluten free, but my husband loves them and eats the store bought low carb keto wraps a couple times per week.

As an alternative to coconut wraps, you can also buy almond flour tortillas if you'd prefer wraps made from ingredients other than coconut or grains. Siete almond flour tortillas get high reviews overall, they're half the carbs of many other brands, taste just like Mission tortillas, the downside is they sometimes break apart if you're rolling them cold but get great results when used for quesadillas and such.

Mission Low Carb Tortillas
The popular tortilla brand Mission has come out with a popular line of "Carb Balance" low carb keto tortillas that work perfectly for tacos, sandwich wraps and quesadillas. These are actually my husbands favorite keto tortillas since they're so versatile and taste amazing.
Mission wraps do contain whole wheat, which you'd think wouldn't be low carb or keto friendly, but since they're so high in fiber, each Mission tortilla is 6 net carbs each.
These might be cheaper at Target, Walmart, or your local grocery store, but if it's easier, you can also buy them in bulk online.

Making low carb lettuce wraps is probably the easiest way to put together a keto or low carb wraps, you have a wide variety of greens to choose from, they're low in carb, and work equally as well with taco fillings as they do for a sandwich.
Since lettuce has almost no calories, low carb lettuce wraps also make a fantastic choice when you're looking for low calorie wraps too.
Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps
I don't know about you, but I haven't been missing the bun at all by substituting lettuce and making simple lettuce cheeseburger wraps.
