- 8 large stalks of celery
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese softened and cut into cubes
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Garnish- blue cheese chives (optional)
Instructions
Make the dip
- Heat a medium-sized saucepan or skillet on the stove-top on medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pan.
- Add the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese cubes, sour cream, Red Hot sauce, the shredded cheese, and garlic salt to the pan. Stir all ingredients together.
