Ingredients for Dairy Free Coleslaw
- 9 oz bag shredded cabbage mix (6 cups)
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ¾ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ tablespoon sweetener (erythritol or your favorite sweetener)
- 4 slice of bacon, crumbled
- Garnishes- more bacon, green onions, or fresh parsley
We used a cabbage mix that includes a small amount of shredded carrot mixed in, even with the added carrot, the entire bag of cabbage mix had a total of 12 net carbs. If you're following a strict keto diet, feel free to use shredded cabbage instead of the ready-to-go coleslaw pre-shredded mix.
This is our favorite mayonnaise, it's low carb, keto, paleo, sugar-free, and dairy-free.
How to Make Curry Bacon Coleslaw
Add the bag of cabbage mix to a medium-sized bowl.
Mix the coleslaw dressing ingredients together in a separate small bowl.
Stir into the cabbage mix. Toss and chill.

Question: recipe calls for 4 slices of bacon and more for garnish. Does that mean the original 4 slices are tossed in with the cabbage and dressing before chilling? Thanks! Making it today!
WholeLottaYum says
Hi Debbie, I mix in the 4 slices, and sometimes another chopped slice as garnish. Jen
