How to Make Stuffed Celery
You can make as few or as many of the stuffed celery sticks as you'd like.
Wash the celery and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut each celery stick into thirds.
Spread a layer of whipped cream cheese on top of the celery.

Amazing!!! I was looking for a quick keto-friendly snack, and found this gem. I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but I loved it? I didn't have whipped cream cheese, so just used a regular block of cream cheese. I also sprinkled a pinch of Himalayan pink salt on top. This is just like eating an everything bagel, but without the dough and the guilt. Great snack idea. Thanks for sharing.
