Buffalo chicken celery sticks are a fast and easy snack that also makes an easy lunch on the go. When you have leftover homemade buffalo chicken dip, making yourself a tasty snack of buffalo chicken on celery hits every spot. The recipe is also low carb, keto-friendly, and gluten-free.
Heat a medium-sized saucepan or skillet on the stove-top on medium heat. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pan.
Add the cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese cubes, sour cream, Red Hot sauce, the shredded cheese, and garlic salt to the pan. Stir all ingredients together.
Turn the heat down to medium-low and cook until the dip is heated through, stirring the mixture now and then. Makes about 1 ½ cups of dip for celery or to serve with cracks and tortilla chips.
Assemble the celery sticks
Wash the celery and pat it dry with paper towels. Cut each celery stick into thirds.
Spread a layer of buffalo chicken dip on top of the celery.
As an optional step, sprinkle the dip with chopped chives, drizzle with Frank's Red Hot Sauce and blue cheese crumbles before serving. Enjoy!

Any kind of precooked chicken will work whether it's shredded rotisserie chicken, baked chicken breasts or tenders, or boiled chicken. Canned chicken works too but is more finely shredded so you might not need to add as much.To shred the cooked chicken you can use two forks, meat claws, or a hand mixer or stand mixer. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and Franks Red Hot Sauce, if desiredThe chicken dip for celery will serve more than is needed for the recipe. The dip can also be doubled if more is desired to serve on the side with crackers.
