Some of our no carb recipes are super simple like air frying sausage or wings, others are more of a recipe like sauteed chicken in alfredo sauce.
The key to keeping all of these recipes carb free, are to use whole fat dairy products. Many low carb dairy items or even pre-shredded cheeses have carbs. So buy full-fat and grate your own cheese.

More No Carb Easy Meals/Snack Ideas (No Recipe Required!)
- Salami Chips (check the brand labels) - similar to our pepperoni chip recipe but using carb free salami instead
- Canned tuna mixed with carb free mayo
- Canned chicken mixed with carb free mayo
- Canned Smoked Herring - these are usually packed in olive oil. Delicious and something different!
- Canned tiny Shrimp - drizzle with melted butter or an herby flavored olive oil.
- Cheese plate - most cheeses have zero carbs. Make a cheese plate assortment! Pair with cold cuts for a meal.
- Ground meats - we live off of ground meats it seems. They're cheap and easy to prep. Ground beef, chicken, turkey, or pork. Add seasoning to taste.
- Celery - in small quantities, this is a no carb snack. Stuff with a zero carb cheese or stuff with the canned chicken or tuna
- Seaweed snacks - a great salty snack or side to any protein
- Beef jerky (check the brand labels) - a meal in it's own right!
- Pork rinds (check the brand labels) - eat them as a snack, serve them as a side dish to a protein, or crush them and use as a meat coating before cooking.
