Hi Monica, we do not have a meal plan for vegetarians. Sorry about that!

I’m looking for that too, Monica. There are a few cookbooks on Amazon, that I’d like to try. There is a facebook group called Vegetarian Keto Tips that you might want to join.

Please be careful in posting "no carb". Many diabetics are urgently looking for "no carb" ideas for between meal snacks. I wish those that are publishing for Keto folks would label these differently which would be more accurate..."no net carbs"....
Stacy says
Agreed! I'm on a 150 carb a day cap from my midwife and it's so hard because I have to differentiate between true no carb and no net carb recipes. I'm not following a diet fad, just trying to eat healthy!!
L says
Most people following a keto diet are also trying to eat healthy, not follow a “diet fad.”
