How to Air Fry Frozen Vegetables
Like many air fryer recipes, our air fryer frozen vegetables recipe is one that is super simple yet yields amazing results. Your air fryer is going to do all the hard work and you are simply going to stir quickly and take credit for an amazing side dish.
Preheat your air fryer to 350F for 5 minutes. If your model does not do this automatically you can turn your air fryer on manually for 5 minutes.
Lay parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer.
Evenly spread the frozen vegetables over the parchment paper. The veggies will not be in a single layer and will be stacked on each other.
Air fry the frozen veggie mix for a total of 10-12 minutes.
But, don't just set it and walk away. You will need to stir the veggies after 5 minutes. Continue cooking until the vegetables are warm.
Add butter or seasoning to the veggies if desired. Serve with your favorite air fryer dinner foods.

- Do NOT thaw your frozen vegetables prior to air frying. Doing so will result in soggy vegetables.
