Main ingredients
- large cooked eggs - we used large, you could technically make these with any size of egg you have. We love to cook a batch in either our pressure cooker or our air fryer.
- low-fat Greek yogurt - low fat yogurt is recommended since it has a richer and less tart taste than non-fat Greek yogurt
- Dijon mustard
- onion powder
- paprika
- fine sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- milk for thinning, if it's needed - we used almond milk, use any sort of milk you prefer
How to make no mayo deviled eggs
- Cut each hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and add them to a small bowl. Place the whites on a serving plate.
- Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the yolks and combine well. If needed, add a tiny bit of milk to thin out the mixture. This is optional and only if the mixture seems thick.
- Taste the filling and adjust the seasonings as you prefer.
- Spoon the egg mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle them with a little paprika or salt and pepper. Serve immediately or store in the fridge to serve later.
