No one deserves to go without pizza. Homemade pizza has been a tradition in our house for some time, but not everyone is able to enjoy a traditional pizza crust. I love this cauliflower pizza recipe for the fact that it's so delicious, but the pizza crust stays firm and crispy the whole time.
This, in my opinion, is the best cauliflower pizza crust. The riced cauliflower is blended with loads of spices and cheese, which gets nice and toasty cooked on the pizza stone. You can also top this carb cauliflower pizza crust with whatever toppings you like. Try a meat lovers, Hawaiian, all veggie, or a simple margherita pizza.

- Egg - The egg will help to bind the cauliflower crust pizza crust together. 'Just Egg' liquid is also a great egg substitute.
- Seasonings - Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder. You can also add salt and pepper to taste.
- Mozzarella cheese - Shredded mozzarella cheese or fresh mozzarella. Fresh mozzarella will be best as a topping while shredded mozzarella would be easily mixed into the cauliflower pizza crust ingredients.
- Marinara sauce - Any tomato sauce or pizza sauce will work. If you have a favorite brand use that!
- Fresh basil leaves - You can typically find a pot of fresh basil in the produce section of your local grocery store. It really is a delicious addition to a pizza, try not to skip it.
- Cherry tomatoes - Cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes are ideal. Thinly sliced Roma tomatoes would also work.

How to Cook A Cauliflower Base For Pizza
Cook, rice, and squeeze the cauliflower rice until as much of the moisture is gone. Mix the crust ingredients together and press into a pizza crust. Bake then top with your favorite toppings, then bake again. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Microwave the riced cauliflower according to the package directions and then let it cool. Place the riced cauliflower in a food processor and pulse it until it becomes fine and is similar to rice in texture.
Transfer the cauliflower dough to a clean dish towel, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth and squeeze it until all the moisture comes out. The more moisture your head of cauliflower has, the soggier your pizza crust will be.
Place the cauliflower rice in a medium bowl and add eggs, cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the center of a baking sheet or pizza pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly into a circle. It should be about ¼ inch thick.
Bake crust for about 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Carefully flip the crust over and bake the underside for about 10-15 minutes. I usually flip the crust onto another parchment paper so as to bake the other side.
Remove the crispy cauliflower crust from the oven and top it with the toppings you love. Then, place it back in the oven. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes or until the cheese on top melts and begins to bubble. Remove it from the oven.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the crust into 6-8 slices, and enjoy!
