Thawing instructions
The best way to thaw freezer meals is to place them in the fridge for 24 to 48 hours until they defrost. Then proceed with the recipe and cook them until done.
Some freezer recipes like our make ahead breakfast burritos just need a quick microwave defrost, but other recipes like a casserole could take 48 hours to fully defrost.
Even better yet, many of these recipes can and should be cooked from frozen! Be mindful of the fact that you aren't supposed to cook frozen foods in a slow cooker and you should instead cook the recipe on the stovetop or bake it in the oven (depending on what it is).
