Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
This recipe is one from my late father, my parents always made it in large batches and they literally put it on their salad every single night. They fondly called the honey balsamic dressing over mixed greens "Mazama greens," since Mazama, WA is where they were living at the time.
Serve the dressing over our peach burrata arugula salad or our kale and avocado salad, it has so much flavor, just serving it over your favorite type of greens or roasted veggies packs plenty of flavor.
Ingredient Notes
The honey balsamic vinaigrette just has 4 basic ingredients, most likely you already have them on hand. This is seriously so easy ~ and delicious! ~ you'll have this memorized in no time.
