Greek turkey patties are a quick 20 minute skillet meal packed with flavor like spinach, garlic, and feta cheese. Low carb, high protein, and macro friendly!

These Greek turkey burgers are so good!
Packed with Mediterranean flavor, our lean Greek turkey patties will definitely become a weeknight staple when you want something a little fancy but still so easy!
Plus they have a whopping 34 grams of protein and only 4 carbs per serving.
Whether you want to call these a patty or burger, I'll leave it up to you. I like to serve these bunless so I make them a little smaller and serve 2 small patties per person. But you can also make these 4-6 oz size and make Greek turkey burgers too!
What you'll need
- lean ground turkey - lean ground chicken, pork, lamb, or beef can be used instead
- baby spinach leaves
- red onion - or use green onions
- minced garlic - fresh garlic, jar garlic, or frozen Dourot cubes
- fresh dill - if you have dried, reduce it to ยฝ teaspoon dried dill
- fresh oregano - if you're using dried, reduce it to ยฝ teaspoon dried oregano
- fine sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- feta cheese - this is optional and can be left out to reduce the fat
- olive oil
How to cook turkey burger patties
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, red onion, minced garlic, fresh dill, fresh oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.
- Divide the turkey mix into 6 portions and shape them into 6 small patties. You can also make Greek turkey burgers and divide them into 4 patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the extra virgin olive oil. Pan fry the turkey patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they're cooked through.
The internal temperature should be 165 F. Serve 2 patties per person, they're delicious with a side of tzatziki sauce, a green salad, caprese salad, or roasted veggies!

- Feel free to skip the feta for a dairy-free recipe, it will reduce the protein by 3 grams and the fat by 3 grams.
- You can use a nonstick pan and reduce the fat by skipping the oil, the patties won't brown as well but they're still delicious.
