I eat these air fryer chicken sausage breakfast links almost every day and have for 1 ½ years...truly. If I'm not eating these, I'm getting my morning protein from our Starbucks copycat egg white bites.
We are using Trader Joes chicken breakfast sausages, they are the best chicken sausages out there that are low fat and super tasty.
They're such a great source of lean protein. Just put them in your air fryer and walk away until they're cooked through.

Chicken Breakfast Sausage in the Air Fryer
Get perfected cooked chicken breakfast sausages in just 6 minutes in an air fryer. We used Trader Joe's chicken breakfast sausage, but any brand of links will work!

- 1 lb Chicken breakfast sausage links raw
Instructions
- Add the uncooked chicken breakfast sausages to the cold air fryer and space them out evenly.
- Air fry the sausages for 6-7 minutes at 380 F or until the internal temp reaches 165 F. Flipping halfway through cooking is optional!
- Let them sit 5-10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- We used the Trader Joe's raw chicken breakfast sausage link for this recipe.
- Preheating isn't necessary for this recipe.
- We often skip flipping them over since breakfast sausages cook so quickly, plus it gives one side more of a skillet cooked appearance.
- This same recipe can be used for pork breakfast sausage links, they could take a little longer to cook. We highly recommend having an inexpensive digital meat thermometer to make sure they're totally cooked through.
