A simple sugar-free cocktail sauce for making shrimp cocktail or serving with other seafood. In addition to being made without sugar, it's Whole30, paleo, keto, and low carb.
In a small bowl combine the sugar-free ketchup, horseradish sauce, fresh lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worchestershire sauce.
Serve the cocktail sauce recipe with chilled shrimp or other types of seafood. Enjoy!
Notes
The Worchestershire sauce is optional but it adds a nice kick, the sugar in the sauce is negligible so many keto dieters still eat it. You leave it out or substitute coconut aminos. It's critical to use a ketchup brand without sugar like Primal Kitchen and buy or make sugar-free horseradish sauce or this won't be a sugar-free recipe. The horseradish sauce and hot sauce can be increased or decreased based on how much of a kick you want in your sauce. Start with less and add more if preferred.
