Pour 1 cup of cold water into the bottom of the pressure cooker.
Insert a pressure cooker rack, steamer, or multi layer stacking rack and gently place the eggs in the basket. Close and lock the Instant Pot lid.
Using the Pressure Cooker setting (or Manual depending on your model) manually set the cooking time to 5 minutes. Press Start.
When the Instant Pot timer is done, do a natural release for 5 minutes. Carefully remove your Instant Pot lid.
Gently remove the eggs with silicone tip tongs and place them into a medium-sized bowl filled with ice water for 5 minutes to stop the cooking. Enjoy! Eat as a snack, for deviled eggs, in salads, or for egg salad sandwiches.
