Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium size bowl combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, ½ cup shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce.
Pour the dip into a 8×8 glass pan or small casserole dish. Top with remaining ½ cup of the shredded cheese. Add a sprinkle of blue cheese (optional).
Bake for 20-25 mins until bubbling and the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips, baby carrots, or celery sticks.
Notes
Start with a lesser amount of buffalo wing sauce, such as ¼ cup, and add more to taste. Some brands are way hotter than others. The macros factor in using ¼ cup of buffalo sauce.
