apple cider vinegar

erythritol or your favorite sweetener

of cooked bacon
crumbled
Garnishes- more bacon
green onions, or fresh parsley
Instructions
Add the bag of cabbage mix to a medium-sized bowl.
Mix the coleslaw dressing ingredients together in a separate small bowl.
Stir into the cabbage mix. Toss and chill.
Add chopped fresh parsley, green onions and/or bacon as a garnish. Chill until ready to serve.
