Lay the arugula leaves in the bottom of a low salad bowl or on a small platter. Add a burrata cheese ball on top of the greens.
Arrange the sliced tomatoes, sliced peaches, and thinly sliced fresh basil leaves on top of the arugula.
Sprinkle with pine nuts, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the salad with balsamic glaze and extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and oil, or our easy honey balsamic dressing.
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Balsamic glaze is a thick syrup that pairs nicely with this salad. A drizzle of balsamic vinegar can be used instead of even a balsamic dressing like our 4 ingredient honey balsamic. Be sure to serve the salad right away as it will start to wilt due to the moisture. The arugula, burrata, and dressing are key to the salad, all others can be swapped with other veggies or fruits such as heirloom tomatoes instead of cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, nectarines, cantaloupe, and pitted cherries. Pine nuts can be skipped entirely, or use a sprinkle of your favorite nuts or seeds.
