Notes
Garnish the spritz recipe with orange slices, mint, strawberries, or green olives. We've experimented a lot with the perfect Aperol spritz ratio and our recipe includes our family's favorite version. You of course can increase or decrease the Aperol to your liking or increase or decrease the Prosecco as well. For a stronger/slightly larger cocktail (aka what I make my husband), I use the ratios of 3 oz Aperol, 3 oz Prosecco, and 1 oz club soda. Another popular way to make an Aperol spritz cocktail is with the ratios of 3-2-1, meaning 3 oz Prosecco, 2 oz Aperol, and 1 oz club soda.
