Wash and dry radishes. Cut ends of radishes off and chop radishes in half lengthwise. Place in bowl.
Add sea salt, ground pepper, and olive oil to the bowl.
Toss to combine until the radishes are fully coated.
Place in the air fryer a single layer for 10-12 minutes at 400 F, flipping halfway through. (Optional: add shredded parmesan cheese for the last two minutes of your desired cook time.)
Notes
Make sure to space out the radishes in the air fryer basket, so they have room to get golden and crispy.
Feel free to change up the seasonings! Use a store-bought spice mix, Italian seasoning, lemon pepper, or just salt and pepper.
