2tablespoonolive oil
3tablespoonfajita seasoning or taco seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer on 370 F for 5 minutes.
Thinly slice the chicken breast meat into bite-sized strips. Slice the bell peppers and onion.
In a medium-sized bowl add the chicken breast strips, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, and fajita (or taco) seasoning. Combine together.
Evenly spread the chicken and vegetables in the bottom of the air fryer basket, you'll be cooking the fajitas for a total of 14-16 minutes flipping every 5 mins until the chicken is cooked through and the peppers and onions are softened.
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and tortillas. Enjoy!

A bag of frozen bell pepper strips can be substituted for the fresh bell peppersFor variety, you can make beef fajtias with thinly sliced beef strips instead of beef or sliced portabella mushrooms for a vegan option. To make shrimp fajitas, add the raw fresh shrimp in the last couple minutes of cooking and air fry until the shrimp is no longer pink and just cooked through.You can cut back on the oil if preferred to make it even lower in fat.
