Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the chicken breasts between parchment paper and lightly pound to an even thickness.
Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish in a single layer.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika.
Pour the lemon mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Spoon the pan juices over the chicken before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices if desired.
