This protein strawberry frozen yogurt bark is an easy, healthy frozen snack made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and protein powder. It’s creamy, lightly sweet, and perfect for a quick high protein treat straight from the freezer.
15gramsvanilla protein powder (½ scoop-1 scoop depending on the brand)
¼cupfresh strawberries, sliced
2+teaspoonshoney or sweetener of your choice to taste
Toppings
¼cupstrawberries, sliced
2tablespoonsblueberries
1tablespoongranola
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Puree the strawberries in a blender or mash them with a fork
Combine the yogurt, honey (or other sweetener), vanilla protein powder, blended strawberries, and milk. If your mix seems too thick you can add a little bit more milk to thin out the mixture.
Sprinkle with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and granola.
Freeze for 3-4 hours until totally frozen. Break or cut the bark into large pieces. Store in an air tight container or cover the bark with plastic or freezer wrap.
Notes
Frozen yogurt bark starts melting very fast. Eat it immediately or pull out a couple of pieces at a time and then get more as desired.
Feel free to adjust the sweetness as desired. You can also use a flavored strawberry yogurt instead of blending in fresh berries.
This can be made keto friendly by skipping the granola and using stevia or monkfruit to sweeten the bark instead of honey.
