Sheet Pan Sausage and Vegetables is an easy one pan dinner made with roasted sausage, bell peppers, zucchini, and onions. This healthy low carb meal is high protein, simple to prep, and great for busy weeknights or meal prep.
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
