Instructions
Mix all of the turkey tender marinade ingredients together in a medium-size low bowl including the olive oil, orange juice, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, and brown sugar.
Add 1-2 lbs of turkey tenderloins to the marinade and coat the turkey. Marinade for at least 30-60 minutes and up to 24 hours.

Fresh herbs can be used in place of the dried herbs, use 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs to 1 teaspoon of dried herbs.
The brown sugar helps to tenderize the meat and helps with browning, it can be left out if desired if you're wanting a version without sugar.
While you can marinate the turkey for up to 24 hours, a much shorter time of just 30-60 minutes works great for a quick and easy last-minute recipe.
