Instructions
Add the sliced beef, onion, garlic, beef broth, sugar-free stir fry sauce, and golden monk fruit sweetener to the slow cooker. Stir everything together until the beef is coated in the sauce.
Cover and cook on Low for 5 to 6 hours or High for 3 to 4 hours, until the beef is fork tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, whisk together the cornstarch and cold water to make a slurry. Stir it into the slow cooker to thicken the sauce.
Add the broccoli florets, cover again, and cook for another 30 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green.
