Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the turkey bacon on the baking rack.
Bake the turkey bacon for 18-20 minutes, flipping it after 10 minutes of cooking time. Add more or less baking time depending on how crispy you prefer your healthy bacon. Enjoy!

Any brand of turkey bacon will work, we used Trader Joe's uncured pepper bacon but popular brands like Jennie-O and Butterball will work too.We like to cook the bacon on parchment paper for easy clean-up and even browning, you can use foil or a greased baking sheet instead of parchment paper if preferred.Variations- Add seasoning like black pepper or brown sugar before baking the bacon by sprinkling it on both sides. When adding maple syrup, brush it on when there are 3-5 minutes left in the cooking time so prevent burning.
