Ground Chicken Carrots Cauliflower Egg Spices  – Plain breadcrumbs

In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, carrots, riced cauliflower, egg, salt, paprika, and onion powder.

Chicken Nuggets with Veggies (Air Fried)

In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, and dry parsley.

Wet your hands to prevent sticking and form nuggets with the chicken mixture then roll in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on parchment paper and repeat until all nuggets are formed.

Place nuggets directly in the air fryer basket and air fry chicken nuggets for 5 minutes. Flip the nuggets over and air fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until the juices run clear. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
