Most of our high protein and macro friendly recipes have over 20 grams of protein per serving, many of which are considered high protein low carb recipes.
What are macros?
But what exactly are macros? Short for macronutrients, these are the nutrients our bodies need to give us fuel during day, they support muscle growth, repair tissues, and keep your body functioning at its best.
Tracking your macros isn't about counting calories—it's instead about eating meals with a great balance of micronutrients that come from the high quality sources to help you meet your health and fitness goals.
We're taking the hassle out of macro tracking for you and we've already done the work! Most of our recipes are at least 20 grams of protein each, low carb, and include a good amount of heart healthy fats.
