My husband is following a keto plan as part of a rapid start weight loss program, he’ll be able to add healthy carbs over time. So far he’s lost 35 lbs, doesn’t have sugar cravings and feels full longer.
My body personally can’t function without carbs, while I try to stay away from processed products, grains and sugar, I love to mix in healthy carbs like fruit, oatmeal, sweet potatoes and such.
